Minimum Years Experience: 8 Years.

3 Key Skills Required:

– At least 8 years’ experience working on major ERP/IT Change Programmes.
– Deep understanding of Global IT Programmes.
– leadership and Roadmap design experience.

3 Areas of Responsibility:

– Design roadmap to enable change across multiple locations and cultures.
– Leading the change and communication team to roll out new process across the group.
– working with subject matter experts and other stakeholders in the UK and abroad to help deliver change and clear communication throughout the organisation.
