Change Manager

Engagement Type: Implementation.

Description: Global Change Manager required to help ensure the KPI’s and NSM for these products are as high as possible, by investigating and authoring best practice then driving adoption by our regional Business Units and tracking the impact on regional NSM improvement.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Experience as a Change management Leader in complex organisations for digital products.
– Experience of driving change in complex organisations with multiple stakeholders.
– Experience in working across global organisations.
– Experience in working with Product teams in digital products.
– Understanding of data analysis and NSM for digital products.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Complex project planning across multiple workstreams essential.
– Maintain the back up and operating systems infrastructure.
– Manage end user expectations.
– Represent the Consulting organisation with the upmost professionalism.
– Work with the Consulting group and help them explore the needs of their client.
