Digital Business Analyst

Engagement Type: Implementation.

Description: Digital Business Analyst required to enable Defence to be able to move onto a modern, commercial hyperscale Cloud.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Experience identifying and comparing the best processes or delivery methods to use, and can help the team decide the most appropriate approach.
– Experience identifying and investigating problems, and analysing options for new and existing services. You will analyse business goals, objectives, functions and processes, utilising relevant information and data to support the definition of requirements.
– Experience implementing business improvement processes by analysing current services and processes, and consequently identifying and implementing opportunities to apply these.
– Use of business modelling utilising a wide range of techniques to model situations confidently, and with limited direction.
– Hold a valid NSV Developed Vetting (DV).

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– You will identify user needs, and engage with internal and external stakeholders, communicating clearly and regularly mutual needs and commitments with consideration of impacts while focusing on user and business needs..
– Maintain the back up and operating systems infrastructure.
– Manage end user expectations.
– Represent the Consulting organisation with the upmost professionalism.
– Work with the Consulting group and help them explore the needs of their client.
