Description: SC Cleared Senior Digital Performance Analyst required to oversee the development and maintenance of data insights processes, policies, procedures.
Minimum Years Experience: 4 Years
5 Key Skills Required:
– SME support to product teams and ITSM capabilities in using the data model for data insights and service reporting via best practices, tools and templates.
– Experience with communicating analysis and insight.
– Experience with performance Measurement.
– Experience with user centred analysis.
– Experience at understanding constraints.
5 Areas of Responsibility:
– Provide excellent communication.
– Must be SC Cleared.
– Manage end user expectations.
– Represent the Consulting organisation with the upmost professionalism.
– Work with the Consulting group and help them explore the needs of their client.
