Description: Head of Operations required with excellent knowledge of standards such as ITIL, ITSM.

Minimum Years Experience: 2 Years

Key Skills Required:

– Design and oversee the implementation of the target operating model for mission critical application support and maintenance services.
– Define, describe, and agree with stakeholders on the ITSM process landscape required for the target operating model.
– Define the target Operational framework spanning across people, processes, and tools within the organization of the customer.
– Ability to manage stakeholders at a CXO level.
– Emotional Intelligence required to deal with people and influence them.
– Excellent, hands-on knowledge and experience in setting up ITIL driven support and maintenance delivery in large organizations.

Areas of Responsibility:

– Responsible to setup Operations Service Design framework for both the Programme and
the customer’s organizations itself.
– Responsible to design and oversee implementation of end-to-end IT systems monitoring
solution based on monitoring integration rails.
– Responsible to Set up and maintain contacts with operations units to understand operational activities, drivers, and requirements. consider operations solution strategies and alternatives for possible implementation.
– Emotional Intelligence required to deal with people and influence them.
