Description: Head Of Delivery required to take ownership of end user computing function.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Strong operations and support experience, and experience of working in a global company
– Experience of taking ownership of end user computing function. Including EUC equipment and software provision.
– Experience of monitoring and managing BAU operations with a focus on service provision to end users.
– Experience of implementation of appropriate ITIL processes.
– Must have familiarity with M365 and Microsoft Modern workplace ways of working.

– A high degree of initiative and flexibility.
– Take responsibility for designing the Proof of Concept.
– Manage end user expectations.
– Represent the Consulting organisation with the upmost professionalism.
– Work with the Consulting group and help them explore the needs of their client.
