Description: SAP Solution Architect required for the HR business area

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

Key Skills Required:

– Experience in implementing and functional knowledge of the HR processes in large enterprises.
– In depth knowledge of all components of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors products and able to explain optimal process implementation design choices.
– Detailed knowledge of integration between ECC/HCM and SuccessFactors.
– Experience with data migration and data governance in SAP HR environments.
– Detailed knowledge of the SAP integration technologies (from PI to RAP and CAP) for SAP-SAP and SAP-Non SAP applications and able to explain integration design choices.
– Very good knowledge of different UI technologies (Fiori, Mendix, SAPGUI) and able to explain front-end & integration design choices.
– Team player with excellent interpersonal skills to coach other SAP consultants, application analysts, developers and align with Enterprise Architects, building bridges between teams.

Areas of Responsibility:

– Manage end user expectations.
– Work with the Consulting group and help them explore the needs of their client.
– Represent the Consulting organisation with the upmost professionalism.
– Recognition of common requirements, across programmes, to standardise and deliver common services where possible.
