Infrastructure Engineer

Engagement Type: Implementation.

Description: Infrastructure Engineer required to review and provide IT software engineering advice on the delivery of cloud infrastructure services and applications to support projects ensuring useable capability is available for front line forces.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Demonstrable Infrastructure systems engineer experience.
– Demonstrable experience of designing and implementing ITIL Service Management Framework in a complex multi-supplier environment.
– Excellent communication skills in order to collaborate and build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
– Demonstrate and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the technology landscape and trends within it that may impact defence.
– Hold a valid NSV Developed Vetting (DV).

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Providing tech leadership to solve complex problems with innovative solutions that enhance capability.
– Maintain the back up and operating systems infrastructure.
– Manage end user expectations.
– Represent the Consulting organisation with the upmost professionalism.
– Work with the Consulting group and help them explore the needs of their client.
