Description: IT Support Engineer.

Minimum Years Experience: 4 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Excellent technical support and troubleshooting skills in configuring, installing and supporting desktop, laptop computer hardware and software.
– Expertise using and supporting Microsoft Office suite of applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
– Presenting skills.
– Expertise using and supporting iOS and Android mobile platforms.
– Practical experience of systems and network management technologies.

5 Areas of Responsibility:
– Problem management and creation of IT knowledge base documentation.
– Participate to IT global teams on selected technologies to support and manage the company’s IT systems and services.
– New Hires Onboarding, deliver IT sessions, workshops.
– Liaising with third parties, suppliers to resolve technical issues.
– First level IT incident management including hands-on analysis.
