Description: Hands-on Team Lead FullStack with a solid background in backend and frontend or mobile development.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Proven experience in architecting and developing scalable, cloud-based, distributed systems.
– 3+ years of experience in managing diverse teams
– 4+ years of experience with JavaScript.
– 3+ years of experience with NodeJS.
– 5+ years of experience with back-end technologies, web, or as a full-stack.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Managing a large team.
– Take responsibility for designing the Proof of Concept.
– Manage end user expectations.
– Represent the Consulting organisation with the upmost professionalism.
– Work with the Consulting group and help them explore the needs of their client.
