Description: Product Manager needed to co-ordinate the development and improvement of the digital end-to-end service delivered by the client to its users.
Minimum Years’ Experience: 5 Years.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience in supplier management.
- Experience of data analysis.
- Practical and working knowledge of software development and product management.
- Experience of improving systems and streamlining processes.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Accountable for all aspects of digital/technology live service support and improvement.
- Prepare and maintain analysis and knowledge to understand user needs for their product.
- Act as a central contact point for all digital and technology matters related to the customer’s product.
